Open Question: Male ballroom and latin partner?

I'm asking on behalf of my mother, as she isn't having much luck at the moment. She has been dancing for about 6 years, but in the last 2 and a half years she has really been working very hard. She is 46 (so is looking at doing senior competitions) and around 5ft 6in (im not sure, maybe smaller, or taller, i'm not good with heights) She always gets high marks in her medals, and has her gold bar 2 in latin and gold bar 3 in ballroom. She isn't looking to do this at a high level at the moment as she only just realized she could do this (she was going to take her first student teachers exam, but decided to pros pone it, so she could venture into competitions) A man in the west Midlands area would be ideal.
